Before you ask

Chat answers questions. Cowork does jobs. Cowork reads and creates files on your computer, browses websites, connects to your tools (Gmail, Slack, Canva), runs multi-step tasks autonomously, and lets you build reusable workflows. Chat can't do any of that.
Not even a little. Cowork was built for non-technical people. If you can describe a task in plain English, you're good.
A laptop (Mac or Windows), the Claude Desktop app, and a Claude Pro subscription (£20/month). We'll send setup instructions beforehand. Tablets won't work.
That's totally fine. We start from scratch. By the end you'll have Cowork running with multiple workflows on your machine.
